T1.1: Project initiation, coordination, and administrative planning (Lead: CERTH; Contributors: -; [M01-M06]) – The aim of this specific task is to conduct the project initiation, in addition to the overall coordination of the project. This will be achieved through a gradual transition from day-to-day activities, to the successful collection of financial statements from the consortium members. This task will entail the following activities: organising the project launch and kick-off meeting; establishing procedures, project management processes, and tools; maintaining contractual documents; facilitating internal communication among partners; and organising and moderating regular periodic Project Management Board (PMB) meetings (consisting of representatives from all partners and work packages) for project review, strategy, decision making, and conflict resolution. (Output: D1.1).
T1.2: Coordination of external project advisory boards (Lead: CERTH; Contributors: All; [M01-M42]) – The aim of this task is to organise and coordinate the MusicSphere Project Advisory Board meetings. The meetings will comprise external experts from the fields of the cultural and creative sectors, organ builders, as well as technology experts from the fields of artificial intelligence, extended reality, data analysis, and semantics, including experts to resolve technical and legal issues, who will have an advisory role in the project.The task will be responsible for inviting external experts and maintaining a critical strength of at least 5 (five) interdisciplinary members offering expert advice and feedback on the project development. The members will represent both technology institutions and representatives from the cultural and creative sector.
Τ1.3: Continuous project monitoring, and financial, contingency & risk management planning (Lead: CERTH; Contributors: All; [M01-M42]) – The objective of this task is to implement a continuous reporting structure for the timely submission of reports. This task will establish reporting procedures to the European Commission (EC). It will oversee the periodic reports and will monitor the adherence to different quality controls. It will manage cost reports, including the collection and control of inputs and justifications provided by partners. The task will also include the timely distribution of EC funding to partners. The outcome produced in the project will be subjected to multiple internal peer-reviews, which will be agreed upon by the partners in the Consortium Agreement (CA). It will monitor the accomplished work, analyse the results, and propose potential necessary changes to the work plan if needed. The task will develop project quality assurance guidelines, oversee potential risks, and develop strategies for the overall risk management.
T1.4: Legal, ethical & societal aspects (Lead: HEMO; Contributors: CERTH, IHU; [M01-M42]) – This task assures that all aspects of the project are compliant with legal and ethical issues while ensuring gender equality. T1.4 will identify legal, ethical, and societal aspects that are important to the project and ensure that they are taken into account throughout the process. A Project Code of Conduct Plan will be created, which will outline procedures for ensuring transparency, egalitarianism, and adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.
T1.5: Open Science and Data Management (Lead: CERTH; Contributors: All; [M01-M42]) – This task will implement Open science practices along the multiple dimensions described in section 1.2.7. It will develop the Data Management Plan of the project that will describe the data management life cycle for the data to be collected, processed and/or generated by the project, following the principles of FAIR- findable, accessible, interoperable and re-usable data. It will ensure compliance with local, national and EU regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Moreover, it will ensure that the toolkits, methods, and solutions of the project will be available as open-source to the ECCCH ecosystem. (Output: D1.2).
